Paschal Women’s Athletics continued their district winning streak on Tuesday night as the Panther Girl’s Flag Football team defeated Arlington Heights to win their second, back to back district championship.
The Lady Panthers will move to the quarterfinals playing Arlington Martin on Monday night, May 19, at the Star in Frisco. The Star is the Dallas Cowboy world headquarters and practice field.
Girls’ Flag Football is only three years old in the Fort Worth Independent School District. The sport is growing in popularity and participation with scholarship opportunities increasing among colleges in the country.
Monday night’s competition will feature teams from the DFW area and through a quarter final payoff, an Area Champion will be decided.
Monday night’s games begin at 5:30 at The Star, 1 Cowboys Way, Frisco, Texas.
