The Halls of Paschal are Alive with the Sound of Music

About 40 full orchestra members, 125 theater members, and over 100 hours were put into “The Sound of Music” to depict the beautiful story of Maria climbing up that mountain!

Check out this video of the Sitzprobe last Friday, the first time the orchestra and theater members rehersed together! It already has 90,000 views on instagram and has comments from all over the world, including Switzerland!

Several cast-members enjoy dinner outside the auditorium before the start of a long rehearsal.

Paschal’s theater department, orchestra, and band have joined together to perform “The Sound of Music.” The story follows Maria as she becomes a governess for a large family of a single father and seven children as they avoid incoming Nazi troops.

Along with a middle school performance Friday morning, The Sound of Music will have four other performances: December 12 at 7:00 PM, December 13 at 7:00 PM, and December 14 at 2:30 PM and 7:30 PM in the Ralph Miller Auditorium!

You can buy tickets at the Paschal Theatre Website! Tickets range from $15 for students and $20 for adults.
