Against Nolan Catholic, Joshua, Azle, Southwest Raiders, and Waxahachie, Paschal swam to the top of the leaderboard with 695 points, beating the raiders with over fourteen times the points. The meet was competitive for all teams, but Paschal made a great presence in the 500 free and relays across all events.
Not only did Panther Aquatics crush their invitational, they also crushed Southwest Raiders during their one-on-one sprint meet on Thursday, October 17th. Within an hour, Paschal gained three times the points as the Raiders and held the lead until the very end.
Paschal’s swim team has held an incredible reputation since Coach Harris took the mantle of coach in 2021 and has led the team to own 4 pool records. Last year, the team got the chance to send Grant Chapa to state to compete against other skilled swimmers.
This year, Coach Harris plans on wiping the floor with the competition and sending several swimmers to state.
If you want to see these amazing swimmers at work, come support the Paschal Aquatics at their meet on Tuesday versus Martin and Lamar in Arlington at 6:00 PM. Come watch the other teams eat Paschal’s bubbles!
