Practice Makes Perfect

With Paschal’s new season of volleyball coming up, what exactly are our girls doing to march away with a winning season?

During the past week, our girls have been working hard to perfect themselves and how they play. With all the practice the team has done, we are hoping they win numerous games. People say practice is the hardest part of learning, and training is the essence of transformation.

Ava West, the hitter/defensive specialist on the Paschal’s girls volleyball team says, “Practice is going great, we’re improving more and more each day…Practice is usually one to two hours working on main struggles from past games.”

Ava and her team make every game and practice something to learn from, so they can make it to playoffs this year! In addition, the team collectively have been bonding to build teamwork even outside of practice.

“We have stayed in hotels where we play board games, do scavenger hunts, and even go to team meals.” – Ava West

Our girls are working hard and diligently to make this season worthwhile, if they keep practicing at this rate they will undoubtedly put volleyball on the map for Paschal high school!
